About the Mock Exams:
Our Mocks will usually last for 2 hours. Your child must arrive at his/her session ten minutes early to allow time to be seated. Please note it is your responsibility to arrive at your Mock Exam Session.
Our Mock Exams have THREE major benefits for your child:
1. Your child is given the opportunity to experience simulated Grammar School exam conditions. In our experience we have found that often children will become very uncomfortable with the prospect of sitting an exam in a room full of strangers and this can often lead to some distress or worry on the part of your child. By sitting a series of Mock Exams your child is able to become accustomed to the examination setting and so worry and distress are reduced.
2. Secondly your child will be tested against other children who will be in direct competition against your child and you will be able to see where your child stands in comparison to the other children planning to sit the exam. It has been proven that this can give a very accurate indication of where your child currently stands and multiple Mock Exams can also track your child’s progress.
3. You will receive a results report giving you your child's score, percentage and placement out of the Mock Exam group for each test and also a combined final score, percentage and placement. In addition to this you will also receive additional notes detailing words of advice to help your child in the forthcoming exams.
It has been proven that sitting a series of mocks can improve your child's performance in the Grammar School Entrance Examinations. They are an excellent form of practice and the practice provided are great value for money. To book your exams choose from the options below.
